Sales Person

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced, active, diligent and customer-oriented person for a position of a seller of our own properties.

For successful co-operation with us we require:

• - Secondary or university degree
• - A willingness to work on a trade license/živnostenský list (co-operation with Euro Ventures to be the principal activity)
• - High work effort and time flexibility
• - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• - Business talent, independence, reliability, creativity
• - User PC skills
• - Polite manners and appearance
• - Criminal integrity, high ethical and moral personality profile
• - Knowledge of English language advantage

Sellers activities include:

• - Knowledge of residential development projects
• - Leading of trade negotiations with potential clients
• - Processing and management of client information in a database system of the company
• - Providing property viewings (in the evening hours, at weekends as well)
• - Contractual arrangements for business transactions (reservation, future purchase and master purchase contracts)
